Refund policy

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a significant issue with the product or we made a mistake with the order (please email us at hiuro0106@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item, we will get a replacement in the mail ASAP.)

If your in-stock order has not shipped yet and you'd like to cancel part of the order or the entire order, please contact us. You will be refunded on your original form of payment.
