Kris and I make all the embroidery items ourselves, so there may be additional delays during busy weeks (near concerts, etc), we would always post the shop announcements on our INSTA & WA channels in advance.

Rates
Despite the light weight of patches, rates are still ~$5.5 because of the tracking capability and insurance.
Time
Once it’s been shipped✈️, the order typically arrives within 6-12 business days. (Usually ship from Shanghai or Busan)
Tracking
Provided once the package reaches the destination port—you can message us anytime for updates.
Please note that we are unable to account for any potential delays during transit, so please allow extra time for your items to be delivered.

Lost package
If your package has been stuck for a long time, please email us at hiuro0106@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to help!
If a package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in this case.
We recommend checking with neighbors, or talking to your local post office - the local post office is often able to do a GPS look-up on deliveries.
