A: Orders typically ship from Shanghai, Busan, or sometimes Hong Kong, depending on where I’m based at the time.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: The estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for most countries.
Since international shipping can vary, we’ll double-check timelines if needed.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Since items are handmade or limited, I don’t accept returns. But please contact me if there’s any problem with your order — I’m happy to help.

Product Questions
Q: Are your items handmade? How did you make them?
A: Yes! My roommate and I design and make the patches together.
I handle the design and modeling, and she’s the materials expert who leads me through the embroidery machine process. We work as a team from start to finish.

Q：Where do you get the beads?
A: Tons of offline hunting! I regularly visit a variety of local markets and small fairs to source beads.
After narrowing down a few promising places, I handpick each style one by one — making sure the texture feels substantial, the craftsmanship stands out, and there’s none of that cheap plastic look.
Many of these artisans only sell in person, so it’s something you really have to do offline!
Q: Can I leave a note or ask for a gift?
A: Totally! Just message me with your bias, special note, or gift idea — I love adding surprises, especially for ARMY gifting moments 💜
Q：I’m not a crafter — can I still use the patches?
A: Absolutely! Our patches are great for decorating phone charms, laptops, hats, clothes — anything you like. And if you come up with a creative use, we’d love to see it!
As crafters ourselves, we actually hope people don’t just stash materials away.
Starting this Autumn, we’ll be sharing easy ideas and tutorials — and we can’t wait to see the so-you creations you bring to life✨
Q: Do you sell finished products?
A: Yes! We're still a small shop, so our selection is limited for now — but more fresh designs are on the way!
For some future pieces, we plan to collaborate with trusted external makers to help bring the ideas to life.
Right now, we focus on simple, thoughtful items that blend design, meaning, and materials we love.
